These people are awful and refuse to do their jobs. I’ve been trying to get them to pick up used oil filters for 2 months. They just keep running me in circles telling me to sign the same paperwork because they are incompetent and can’t keep up with signed documents. I don’t know if it is lazy employees or poor management. Or both. But for an environmental related business, they need to be fined like their clients are until they change their business model. On a corporate level, having multiple locations with bills and invoices being narrowed down to one simple bill to pay is wonderful news, however on the user end of one of the locations my experience is nothing but a hassle and I feel that I have to hound & hound to ever get anything accomplished. I wish I had the power to change services, but I'm just a user on the user end who can voice it to the world like this...

It’s a great company to work for. Leadership is accessible and easy to talk to. The CEO comes by to say “hello” and asks how things are going. The managers are great to work with. Employees have been working remote during the pandemic, which is a great benefit! Overall great work environment!
