This place took over our apartment building. Had to get the city building inspector to intervene with our heat, water problems, and leaking windows. As property managers they don't care about much. Hire their crew to do maintenance instead of licensed qualified professionals, so things don't really get fixed. The owner of the building is shielded from complaints by this company. Watch out.
