My experience as a tenant of Quest Real Estate in San Mateo was truly enjoyable. They took ownership of the complex I lived at for four years. Naturally, this raised concerns about the transition, their management style and increased rent. In the end, they asked very little of me and their staff were friendly, honest and remained approachable until my departure. I would highly recommend Quest Real Estate for property management needs or real estate matters! Five Stars+ Bijan Amini and Pedram Amini have provided property management services to me and my sister for over 13 years. They are knowledgeable, professional and very nice people. They selected good tenants, and service providers for maintenance. They use an automated accounting system. We always received quick responses and notifications when needed. EDIT: I’d like to give Kudos to the management team at Quest who sought to resolve a bad experience quickly. They took the time to understand and made a good attempt to make immediate improvements. For their efforts I’ve added two stars.

Totally unprofessional and inexperienced. If you're an owner, don't use their services. They're unwilling to accept any accountability for the possibility that their processes could be more compliant/secure to place someone in a rental. If something has been practiced within their office over and over, they believe it must be the standard and will treat you like an idiot for suggesting otherwise (such as following CA e-signature law among other regs).
