This is my third time staying as sadly thinks I getting worse so have to say something. Cleaness - fingerprints on shower tab, bath sink. Drains are blocked so both bath sinks and showers are affected. I opened the window in a master bedroom prior to going to bed and woke up at 2pm by someone smoking at their ground floor backyard area somehow connected to my master bedroom and loud voices. We stayed at Quest Portland for 4 nights from 29 December 2025 to 2 January 2026 in room 223, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, the carpet had a strong urine-like smell, which made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The bathroom and shower were also not properly cleaned, with visible cleanliness issues that should not be present in a serviced apartment. This hotel is superb. The architecture of the bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom is breathtaking, modern, spacious and luxurious. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen facilities are first class. There is easy access to the beautiful, clean swimming pool from the living room. There is a huge walk in shower. Parking easy. All staff super friendly and efficient. Location superb being a 5 minute walk to the shops. 😃
Place amazing i even got room number 222 you can see the pool and it had the best bed ever and there service was so nice and i got there ten pm and it was all silent the but the drinks was $3 why can’t it be free but I am happy still
Facilities were clean, staff were efficient and friendly plus the location is great. Highly recommend!
