My child and I love it here!
I had a GREAT experience with my 4 year old! Staff is very friendly and professional and made my daughter feel brave and proud of herself during her xrays and cleaning! Ms. Shawn did an excellent job communicating during her cleaning and we were pleased with Dr. Courtney as well!
When your child is excited to go to the dentist/orthodontist that is HUGE!! We have had great care here.
I’m reviewing because I am repeatedly sent marketing emails yet my son was NEVER given an appointment. I was first seen last year late winter. He does have additional needs and we would need a hospital appointment for his cleaning/treatment. The office told me they would call me to let me know of his appointment. They never called. I called back 3 weeks later to be told they would call me back. They never did. I called back again and they told me they only do appointments at Woman’s and children’s 3 times a year and my son w... read more
