They made my toddler feel so comfortable and they still did their job thoroughly. My daughter trusted them almost instantly, which is very rare. I will recommend quest to everyone for the rest of my life
I am seriously impressed with the staff at quest! It was our first time there and inside the building was nice and clean and super fun for the kids! They have games and a boat in there where the kids can climb and slide on. They brought us back and gave a tour and explained everything they were doing to my son to make him comfortable. 10/10 in my book
The staff at this office are usually very friendly, and they were kind to my daughter during her visit. However, I was really disappointed with our consultation. The orthodontist seemed rushed the entire time and kept cutting me off when I tried to ask questions. I understand that the office may have been busy, but as a parent paying out of pocket, I expected a thorough and respectful consultation. Quest dentistry is so great! They are really good with my littles (ages 2 and 4). My kids play to keep their nerves down and then once getting their cleanings the hygienist are really understanding and try to keep them comfortable. 10/10 I really do recommend this place for your littles.
Do not come here if ur child has stomach problems or is nervous they just hang up on u they don’t understand a thing u tell them even the manager
