The staff at this office are usually very friendly, and they were kind to my daughter during her visit. However, I was really disappointed with our consultation. The orthodontist seemed rushed the entire time and kept cutting me off when I tried to ask questions. I understand that the office may have been busy, but as a parent paying out of pocket, I expected a thorough and respectful consultation. Quest dentistry is so great! They are really good with my littles (ages 2 and 4). My kids play to keep their nerves down and then once getting their cleanings the hygienist are really understanding and try to keep them comfortable. 10/10 I really do recommend this place for your littles.
Do not come here if ur child has stomach problems or is nervous they just hang up on u they don’t understand a thing u tell them even the manager
Horrible experience, we waited almost 30 mins and watched everyone go in before my daughter. Really felt racial. Front desk kept miss pronouncing her name.
