RecommendedDr Patel and his assistant was so sweet, kind, and understanding yesterday at my daughters first ortho consult. He offered to take out a spacer with no charge for my daughter to let her have a few weeks without it before we start phase 1 of our treatment plan. Even though my daughter wouldn’t cooperate as she was scared of the process and wasn’t given enough warning, he was calm, his staff was calm, and even even made different treatment adjustments to her plan so that can better fit her and her needs. Just finished my Invisalign treatment this week! I had such a wonderful experience at Quest Orthodontics. I’ve always had wonderful encounters with Nancy, Calista, the clinical assistants (Kristin) & of course Dr. Patel.
