Dr Patel and his staff were amazing, my teeth look perfect after just one year. They were very accommodating and were able to for me every time. Definitely would recommend them. The techs are also amazing- they are able to solve problems by listing to your needs and come up solutions that actually work. I had an issue with a retainer and comfort and the tech tried different solutions until she was able to fix it for me. I don’t remember her name but suggested she get a raise!
This place was a great experience from start to finish. All of the staff was very helpful and attentive. Dr. Patel has great bed side manner, and gives undivided attention to each patient. The staff was always amazing. He was honest about the treatment and very transparent throughout the entire process. I appreciate everything he has done for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
We had such a wonderful experience with my daughter’s orthodontic care here. The staff is so kind and caring. The whole process start to finish was so well explained, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. We went through an expander, Tongue Tie procedure, along with myofunctional therapy, paired with Invisalign and now my daughter is sleeping through the night, peacefully, breathing better, and the cherry on top is that her smile is gorgeous! Thank you Quest Orthodontics!
The entire staff is very friendly. As an adult I was a bit worried about the visit but they made me feel completely at ease. Dr Patel worked with my daughter on her braces so I wanted to consider him for my treatments. He recommended Invisalign and offered remote visits using my IPhone which was perfect for my busy schedule. I am now on my way to having a better bite and smile!
Dr. Patel and the staff at Quest quite literally changed my life through their stellar service. From the initial consultation to the very end, I felt properly taken care of. The staff was incredibly quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They also put in the effort to remember every face that walks in, making you feel like you’re at home with every visit. I was recommended Quest by my older sister and with the great experience I had, I intend on recommending Quest to anyone who is in search of an Orthodontist.
