I live in Avenue Apartments in District Heights MD. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They are the worst apartments ever. I have been here only 7 months and I am ready to move and WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE. When I came to sign my lease I was told that the apartment that I selected was not cleaned and I was offered a different unit. Where do I start... When I first moved in my apartment(12/16 Penn Landing,now The Avenue)Quest had just taken over. There were MANY things that hadn’t been fixed and after many calls,I emailed Ms. Cynthia who assisted me in getting things taken care of. I am writing to express my disdain and lack of information provided about the mailbox process. When I moved in on Feb 28th I was not told by the leasing staff about the process. I was given 2 mailbox keys and the mailbox number. It was not until i tried the key several weeks later that i found out the keys did not work. I then called and spoke to Rhonda who informed me she would have the matter address with maintenance or USPS. She also provided me a 3rd key which also did not work.
