Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. They are EXTREMELY lucky to be one of the only companies left that allow newer drivers to rent tlc plated cars. My husband rents a car from them and RIGHT after “inspection” he just so happens to get 2 flats. When he calls and lets them know he’s on the highway (extremely dangerous situation) the women on the phone shouts “why are you calling me?!!
