Jay Schneiderman was the rep that assisted me in helping to determine if I wanted to make a change to my 2026 Medicare coverage plan. He explained the program/plans available to me, answered all my questions, was thorough in all his explanations, confirmed that I had a clear understanding of what was covered in comparison to my 2025 plan and kept me posted of the status as I was right at the deadline door. I never felt pressured at all. I feel comfortable with my decision and highly recommend Jay.
