If you need to speak on the phone about ANYTHING. You will not get though. Solely rely on email when it comes to all questions. Even important questions about your pay check. It’s very frustrating.
Never got a call back. Lack of communication. Not a good experience
I have worked for Quest as a Senior Account Manager for the last 5 years and have had a great experience. The owner and management really care about their employees and want to see them succeed. The culture and support is the best of any company I have worked for. I highly recommend Quest!
When my husband and I decided to retire, I contacted Quest Financial USA. They are a company of professionals but also with a personal feel. Anytime I call with a question they answer right away. My husband and I have been retired over a year and we feel comfortable with Quest handling our funds. Great company to work with.
