I visited this facility for laboratory tests. The location was exceptionally clean and conveniently located. I made an appointment online, checked in, and was promptly called back. The phlebotomist was highly professional and knowledgeable. I required an am cortisol test, and she informed me that it could not be performed until 7:00 AM. I was relieved that she had this information, as it prevented me from returning.

Where URINE needs an RSVPee!!!! I'm so PISSED! THEY gave me the jugs for a 24-hour urine test, THEY told me to bring them back Monday, and never said I’d need an appointment. I showed up, and the lady refused to take my pee, no sign posted anywhere, no form, no warning, just attitude. If you need urine to have an appointment, maybe schedule it? Or at least tell the patient to. Never again, Quest Winter Springs. She didn't want my urine, maybe someone else will. Urine for "adoption".

9/10 times I get very sick and get the sweats drawing blood. This office has a rock star. She taught me a valuable lesson that it starts with the mind. I couldn’t remember her name but she was a wonderful African lady. I wish I could have her cell in case I need to get my blood drawn again 🤣 thank you more then you could know

Jackie is the Pulmologist" I have ever had. Though I she did not get me as a patient this last time and everyone there at Quest is fantastic. No pain. Jackie always says hi. Your scheduling arrangement is awesome.
