front desk lady has zero clue what customer service is
Absolutely ridiculous company. They make no way to talk with someone. You get a robot response via email and the offices for phone calls are always conveniently closed. I had orders to do labs there twice two weeks apart. The tech messed it up and ran both labs on the same day. Insurance kicked it back obviously. Now they are trying to make me pay $300 for their mistake. Don't waste your time with this place. Always ran horribly. The techs are always grumpy and rude. The place is not handicap accessible at all. It's pathetic... read more
