Ehh.. I definitely prefer labcorp .. staff aren’t very welcoming.. check in process was easy but the rest felt sketchy. The app also said there were no appointments available and I can guarantee there were… this place is dead ..
I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this facility. I have had blood drawn many times in the past without issue, but this visit was entirely different. The phlebotomist was passive-aggressive, rude, and displayed a noticeable lack of patience. When I mentioned that I am hard of hearing and struggled to catch what she was saying, she continued speaking in a low tone and became visibly annoyed every time I had to ask her to repeat herself.
