This lab feels impersonal and cold. The technician was robotic and didn't make eye contact. Check-in was fine for me, but I saw an elderly patient struggle with the technology. You absolutely need an appointment; they won't see you without one.

This office is VERY BUSY!!! Nice women professionals who work there. I have been there twice in the last 3-4 months and in the last two years a few times a year. Both times the kiosk did not work this year. The harried phlebotomist had to do a work-around it to get my information inputted for my appointment. People walk out.

Appreciate Quest Diagnostics at 29th street in Wichita they have good people there that are caring and know how to get the job done .

Warning---DO NOT WALK-IN. I REPEAT, DO NOT DO WALK-IN. EVEN IF THERE ARE NO PEOPLE INSIDE AND NO CARS OUTSIDE, THE KIOSK WILL GIVE YOU A TIME NO LESS THAN 1 HR FROM THE TIME YOU CHECK IN WITH IT. THERE WILL BE NO HUMAN AT THE FRONT TO TALK WITH. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Wed, May 22, 2024 Literally NO ONE is in the waiting room. 3 cars in the parking lot. I check in at the kiosk and it tells me next available appt time is 11:20am. Time now is 9:35am. WHAT A JOKE.
