I go here atleast twice a year and the check in process is really easy as long as you have your insurance card and know how to operate a kiosk. The staff is amazing , so friendly and welcoming! All my results come super fast to my quest lab portal once I made an account. Very clean. My favorite place to be poked at for sure.
Not bad. Make an appointment online, check in at the kiosk and then get your labs done.
Staff is rude, service is terrible. All they care about is themselves. Customer service is non-existent. I'll never come here again.
This place is terrible there is nobody there to man the front desk. The employees are cold and they're not warm they're not welcoming I tried to make conversation with the lady that was taking my blood and she just seemed very snotty and very put off by me trying to have conversation with her. This lab feels impersonal and cold. The technician was robotic and didn't make eye contact. Check-in was fine for me, but I saw an elderly patient struggle with the technology. You absolutely need an appointment; they won't see you without one.
