I usually make my appointment using the app and mornings seem to fill up fast. This was a last-minute appt at 1:40 pm. Check-in was easy and I waited only about 5 min. Phlebotomist was great; I wish I remembered her name. I usually shop at Trader Joe's before or after so I park there and walk over.
I was very happy with the service, people were friendly, outgoing, efficient, and did their best to take care of myself as a patient
Love this location. Oh downside is you have to pay for parking.
