This is review of Whittier Blvd. location only. I had an appt. but was called 20 min after my scheduled time. At my preferred location (they didn't have appt time I needed) I am called right on time, so I will not be coming back to this location. Everyone with appts seemed to be getting called late, so either they are overscheduling or don't have enough staff to meet demand.
I can put 0 star if there is 0 I have been waiting for 2 hours for walk in , there is 8 waiting list on screen but only 2 here with me , it’s 4 pm now
At this Quest location, the staff is phenomenal! Unlike other places—even my doctor’s office—where I’m often told to “just not be anxious” and then sent on my way, the team here truly cares. They don’t make me feel like it’s my fault when I experience sweats, nausea, or lightheadedness. Instead, they take the time to lay me down, talk me through it, and make sure I leave with my blood work done and my dignity intact.
