There was a phlebotomist with platinum blonde hair around five foot four. Who for some odd reason didn't sanitize the area before piercing my arm. She couldn't find my vein and inappropriately scolded me about it. Not to mention her just shoving the needle in my arm without accuracy. It might explain the two inch bruise on my arm that developed 24 hours later.
Overall it was a very positive experience in all areas
If I knew they had to charge for parking I would have made my appointment at a different facility but since my appointment is this week it would be impossible to get another one in time so I'll have to deal with the charges
I hate quest idea of modern-day lab, I watched the elderly looking to speak to someone, this older man had to use the bathroom so bad but could not find anyone to help him. It a sad day when people mean nothing anymore, and just bottom-line cost mean everything.
I like the Whittier facility. Close to home, and I look for Priti to draw blood from me as I get extremely anxious and upset with needles but she is excellent in drawing blood without pain!
