Sucks as usual, kiosks were Down own from storm. Nobody knew what to do. So delay, delay, delay. I hate it whe whenn I can't get Labs done at PIH instead.
I’ve been calling to make an appointment through the scheduler, and I’m having a hard time. Finishing the process, they ask to say your name and spell it out, but they never understand what I am telling them even when I am spelling it out (ex., B as in Brother, etc) It is very frustrating when you try to speak to a human and no one answers.
At first I couldn’t find the place because it’s kind of hidden and finally found it and didn’t need to sign in.
Facility was clean, check in was easy as you check yourself in on the pad or scan your QR code. Phlebotomists was kind and attentive.
