Your new system is excellent. I can sit in my air conditioned car listening to the radio, return emails, read the news while waiting for a quick appointment. I'm glad PIH did not change providers

Some very rude employees and some very nice one. One of the younger female employees that I've unfortunately had two separate appointments with absolutely lacks any customer service.
