Very friendly and personable. The lady that drew my blood was one of the best I have ever had.
This lab is very clean so I choose it over Labcorp which is right next door. I didn't realize my insurance had changed that year and did not have Quest listed as a provider anymore. When I went in the receptionist wasn't there and the lab tech took my info. She didn't ask for my insurance card so I asked her if she wanted it. She asked if I had been there before and when I said yes she said she didn't need to see my card. Several weeks later I received a $250.00 bill instead of my standard $10.00.
