Had a great experience, was seen almost immediately and had fantastic phlebotomist
Appreciated the free parking in back of the building. I had very little wait time.
I hate this place. Parking is awful and confusing. Impossible to call and talk to an employee. I had to come here 4 times this week to get a drug test because the hours they actually provide that service are not clearly listed online, only on a paper sign on the door. Then i accidentally left my ID behind and couldn't just call them to confirm it was there, i had to drive back again, check in, and wait for someone to come out to check someone else in so i could catch an employee to ask them if it was there. Easy to book, got an appointment right away, easy intake process via text, seen right on time, out in 10 minutes. Friendly phlebotomist who made me feel comfortable. Clean facility with parking right outside the door. Easy to find.
