I’ve used a few of these Quest Diagnostics locations including both West Haven locations, and the New Haven location and even though the check in process and the employees are both very good the lab results are terrible I’ve been receiving false positive results of fetanyl <0.5 my/mL while my medication reads an accurate usable amount. I have been dealing with this for an extremely long time and I have reached out to the CEO of the company but to no avail. I do not see why I am expected to pay for these incorrect lab results... read more
Quest Diagnostics needs to completely overhaul this branch. The employees do not care about professionalism nor about the state of their workplace. The waiting area isn’t the cleanest, they have food on the same table as several urine cups!!!, and the bathroom is nasty at times. They also don’t care to take care of the clients, if they wait then that’s not a problem. I got an abnormal big bruise for about a week after getting my blood test of literally only one tube. The employees are not unkind, they are nice but not profes... read more
We just saw Charmaine, she was wonderful with my 13 year old. Will definitely come back here !
