Charmaine was outstanding. She took me 20 minutes early and was wonderful. Knowledgeable and talented. Usually takes two or three tries - she got me on the first try!
This place had been closed more in a yr then is been open. And this is the only one in West Haven. I mean people that no transportation are sol
waited one hour 20 minutes.
