Staff friendly and courteous for sure! Office space is very unwelcoming. No restroom readily available. Waiting for a technician to be free is the only way to access a restroom . Knocking on an inner locked door and waiting for the tech to be available to let you in is difficult for senior citizens. There is no way to speak to anyone before the tech called you back.
