If you don’t have an appointment, which my Doctor never told me I needed, you’ll wait HOURS until someone WITH an appointment cancels. Then, you’ll discover that an order MUST be on file. Still need an appointment; won’t happen that day. Left after two hours of sitting masked while appointments came and went. Another patient THOUGHT he had an appointment and had been there 45 minutes before we arrived; he left when we did after asking if they had the fax for two tests. Only had it for one, so he can come back another day.
