Kaitlyn is the NLY phlebotomist I let draw my blood. She is kind, shows courtesy and hits the ONE GOOD vein I HAVE every time. no FISHING PRODDING OR MULTIPLE STICKS.
Showed up for appointment was taken quickly, phlebotomist was friendly, did a great job (no bruising) and was finished quickly.
Quick service but customer service for me wasn’t nearly as friendly as a lot of the reviews here mention. Seemed annoyed the whole time and short with me.
