I had a very disappointing experience at this Quest location. An employee named Holly refused to help me, telling me the lab order from my doctor was wrong and that my insurance would not cover it. She did not attempt to process the order, verify the information, or offer any real assistance. After leaving, my doctor’s office contacted Quest directly and confirmed that the order was completely valid and that my insurance could be used.
