Gianna goes above and beyond. Looked into the tests on the orders to insure insurance coverage, called the ordering provider to clarify, came up with ways to minimize difficult resampling..... After a frustrating, futile 1.5 hour wait at another location, Tiffany and Gianna in Newtown got the tests done! Thank you

Pre register Quest sends TXT before I get there with links to use. A couple of key taps on my phone when I arrive I look at there appointment display see my name and the phlebotomist calls my name. They always professional and caring. I'm in and out in no time. 2 thumbs up!.
