Very little concern for patient's time. Waited for an hour for a pre-scheduled appointment and absolutely no update on when I'd be seen. It looked like anybody was walking in and being seen first. Quest clearly is not administrated well.
Convenient and efficient. I used the app to check in without any waiting. My spot was right on time. Technician was professional with no problems. I was in and out within 5 minutes!
Got right in, and phlebotomist was great!!
There is no one to help you when you walk in only a iPad. When you try calling them for more information, you are quickly disconnected. It’s hard to believe this place works.
This is a great place to go for testing, on time, courteous, in and out.
