Bad place no organization do not go here
I was in and out , very professional and friendly
Was here twice and both times all was excellent. Very easy check in with a QR code for a scheduled appt or with a phone #, name... No wait at all (one time before lunch, one time after). Lady handling the blood draw was friendly, professional and efficient. In and out in 10 minutes, including parking. Does not get any better! Just don't forget your drivers license and insurance, if you are using one. Reading other reviews, maybe there are some busy times to avoid, but I had no issues whatsoever.
Very little concern for patient's time. Waited for an hour for a pre-scheduled appointment and absolutely no update on when I'd be seen. It looked like anybody was walking in and being seen first. Quest clearly is not administrated well.
Convenient and efficient. I used the app to check in without any waiting. My spot was right on time. Technician was professional with no problems. I was in and out within 5 minutes!
