Set appointment online, went in as scheduled and was promptly serviced and in and out within 20 minutes. Very quick and I strongly recommend appointments versus walk in service.

For some reason, their customer service is not the same in the last year or so. Their communication skills are not professional! Most likely I'll be going somewhere else.
As always Quest is close to home and the staff is very kind and professional.
