Im So upset i came in for a glucose test & Blood work on Tuesday everything was going fine until the phlebotomist that was helping me Went to lunch and another girl had to draw my blood she was so careless & poked me so hard to draw my blood that now I have tingly & numb fingers . I will definitely be reporting her it’s almost a week and it haven’t gone away !!! It’s so upsetting how they are their to help and can be so careless & leave you feeling Worse ! My phlebotomist was really great. Paying was not required on the spot but she was kind about accepting payment when I asked to... which was convenient and great. No fist clenching or anything, just relaxed quick, efficient,kind and friendly. This locations lobby was also more welcoming... not as "cold" as others and plenty of room to sit.
Went in today (10/23/25) for a 10:10AM appointment. I arrived early and was called back after waiting approx 10 minutes. When the employee called me back, everything went downhill after that. Overall, the employee (young lady approx 30 with dark hair and eyes), who was working space area 2, was very unprofessional and tried to speak to me in a condescending tone. The employees are always very polite, and friendly. They put up with some rude people, and still they're polite.
Quest Diagnostics in Upland and Pomona are excellent. I always choose them when scheduling an appointment because of their convenient location and great service.
