I enjoy going to Quest on Foothill and Grove. I have been going there for many years. The staff is always attentive friendly and remember who you are. The facility is clean. And the service is quick. They always take a minute just to chat to make sure you're fine to make sure you're comfortable. See you on the next round Quest!
I had a blood draw at Quest Laboratory recently, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The technician seemed a bit rough and initially missed the vein, inserting the needle in the wrong spot. She had to move the needle around inside my arm to find the vein, which was quite painful and caused more bleeding than usual. It’s been four days since the appointment, and I still have a noticeable mark from the puncture. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients. Picture taken days after.

Losers! Shame on the staff for not honoring walk-in. Checked in on Saturday at 7:50 a.m. since no appointments were available. My sick kid had to fast since 6:30 p.m. the night before! They didn't take us in at all after waiting 3 hours! There were about 15 other walk-ims that weren't seen. If they can't honor the walk-ins , they should just go on appointment basis only. Ugh!!!
The location had a filthy bathroom. Filthy sink. First time I had to do a urine test and the last in that place.
