Worst experience at any lab I’ve ever been to. Slow, very ignorant staff and not helpful or considerate. Super inefficient, kept calling names of ppl that weren’t there then were lengthy periods between calling ppl where laughing and talking could be heard from the back. Several ppl left in frustration without being seen or left after being told they couldn’t find script. This is my home laboratory! I love the ladies who work here. Definitely make an appointment and get in and out of there on time. Unlike other labs, they stick to your appointment time and do not take walk-ins ahead of you! Other labs take walk-ins right up until the second of your appointment making you have a long wait. These women are professionals! I am a challenging blood draw and they've never had to stick me more than one time in 10 years. Choose this Quest!
