For the last two decades, I have gotten a bruise 100% of the time when getting blood drawn. This place broke the trend. I have had two blood draws from here with two different people. Zero bruising. They're very good at blood draws. Very easy sign in process, and I was seen both times exactly on time so I didn't have to wait. Couldn't ask for more.
I had a very good experience here. I only waited 5 minutes upon arrival and Wendy was amazing. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Smoothest blood test I ever had to do. Thanks Wendy!
With appointment they took me in within 5min wow I love it and the blood draw was fast and painless ♡
Been there twice. Saw same lady both times who handles the fax machine. Both times told me they don't take NJ Horizon family care medicaid, even after I told her that I spoke to their billing department, and they verified she was wrong because they do. They even went further to say that all quest diagnostics facilities not only do accept my insurance, they also take medicaid and cannot refuse to take it. I had a great experience here today. I had made an appointment a week in advance. When I got there, I checked in via the link the texted me earlier in the day. All I had to do was tap the link and then tap “I’m here” on my phone, and it said I was checked in. I started to settle in for a wait but not three minutes later, they called me in for my bloodwork. Stephania, the lab tech, was amazing. I have a fear of needles, but she talked with me to distract me and was gentle and it was over quick and easy. I had a few questions ... read more
