Terrible bedside manners. Understaffed. Do not use this place.
I am a major faint risk - I hate having blood drawn due to a phobia and really bad experiences with contrast IVs and labs. The phlebotomist who drew my blood today was firstly, excellent - it was painless and VERY quick. Secondly, she was empathetic and very kind about my asking to lay down and take a few minutes afterwards. I am very grateful for medical professionals like her. Always professional
I believe the phlebotomist misread the instructions and did not take samples of blood glucose and fasting insulin at the same time, despite me pointing out the apparent confusion. I do not know whether my MD. will find that acceptable or not. I’ll let you know.
