I had a walk in visit today. I had help with checking in by a very helpful,friendly,kind lady. I was also greeted by a very friendly lady who dropped her alcohol pads. I do not know these kind,courteous,friendly staff members name. I really appreciate how kind these ladies were. The process in the healthcare system experienced a failure due to the initial submission request by the Pulmonary specialists. The Quest staff did not take accountability for ensuring that all required information was available for the patient's visit. This resulted in a 40-minute drive each way for the visit for an elderly patient. When inquired about the pre-check process, a Quest staff member mentioned that it was impossible due to the high volume of patients. This response was surprising.
