I had a 1020am appt on a Saturday. I checked in at 1010am and I was out the door at 1019am. The lovely lady who took care of me could not have been sweeter or more efficient. I was scared reading other reviews for this place but my experience luckily was a 10/10!
Staff took me in right away. They are very kind and professional. Love the Trappe Quest Dx staff!
The technician was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. She was GREAT and the procedure was PAINLESS!
I entered an empty waiting room, yet I ended up waiting for nearly an entire hour. This was despite having a scheduled appointment. They completely disregarded their customer waiting..and waiting. I finally had to go back and ask. I was taken back but without any regard or empathy from the tech. I had a young baby at home, and I never anticipated a simple routine (scheduled) blood draw to take an hour, making it a very stressful experience.
