The Person That checked me in refused to reviewed the notes the Doctor Gave to hand it to Her! Most of my priority tests were not done! I told her there were 2 lists of test, and she stated is good I got the notes in the computer! Now I have to make Another appointment and go again to have more blood drawn!! Very disappointed
The front desk staff was extremely rude. She would call out the names of mostly elderly patients, only to tell them to sit down and wait to be checked in, then call them again. This repetitive and dismissive behavior was unprofessional and added to the stress of an already potentially anxious situation.
I always go to the same Quest because they are very professional and for the most part very good at drawing my blood.
