Building is shut down still because of a fire. Wish they had posted about this somewhere on their website or elsewhere before making a 30 minute drive to get my laboratory work done.
Drove a half hour away to the Southfield location just to get there and be told that the whole building is closed due to a fire. Would be great information to maybe I don’t know have on your website!
I wish I could remember their names but both of the individuals I worked with were amazing. I saw someone at the end of January and was feeling anxious (don't like needles). She talked me through and got me in and out. The one I saw yesterday was friendly and kind. I wasn't as anxious this time but she was so friendly and conversational, I barely noticed the poke and was done and out the door. 10 out of 10 both times.
The lady who helped me was very considerate and called my doctor because I had forgotten my script. She periodically monitored her fax machine for the script and was very friendly and helpful.
