When patients arrive, having a dedicated staff member to greet them creates a warmer and more welcoming environment. A personal touch at the front desk can make a significant difference in their experience.
I made an appointment through the Quest App. Lucky for me there was one open around the time my initial appointment. As always, Quest was very punctual, great customer service, made sure I felt comfortable. I can’t stand bloodwork, but working with Quest makes it easier!
It was clean and not crowded. Very nice ladies and it did not hurt at all. And I mean AT all. Thank you for the help! I will be choosing to come here again next time!
