The only reason this is not a 1-star is because I’ve usually had great service here. Today, though, I fasted for 8 hours and waited for 20 minutes (even though I made an appointment), only for them to tell me that I need a physical/paper copy of my prescription for bloodwork (you cannot email them the prescription or print it there), and that there are no more appointments for the day so tough luck. I have the prescription on my phone, my MyChart, and I attached it to my info when signing up for the appt, but I guess they di... read more
The Quest office at Fries Mill Rd is definitely my favorite. I have been going there for several years because I am confident that the staff continues to perform at a high level.
