The technician that took my blood was personable and very good. Appointment time was on time and the facility was clean and comfortable.
This is our regular spot for getting labs done. Always a good experience considering how nerve-racking the process can be. The phlebotomists are kind and gentle when I bring my children. The facility is clean, check in is pretty seamless. I love that I can schedule appointments on-line too. UPDATE- Visited again. Easy check-in at kiosk, short wait time, very nice phlebotomist, pleasant experience.
Easy check in. I recieved a text to check in ahead of time.. Then when I went in my name was on the electronic board. Remodeled location. Very nice. Staff was friendly and kept appts. flowing. Definitely 5 stars.
