Went there to get standard lab work. The lady felt my arm to draw blood, said she never misses, she went where there was no vein even when I said that to her and after hitting nothing she stuck the needle further and further in think magically there would be something there. I had to guide her the second time. Office was a dump. Staff was not friendly. Prices were high. Overall I’ll never use quest again. The only good thing is that it’s a convenient location. I go to Quest on Seacrest by Bethesda Hospital. The girls are friendly, fast, and the blood draw is pain free. You are In and out. I don't like using the computer to check in, having a sign in sheet and a receptionist to greet people would be nice.
Zero stars really should be an option. Everything about this place sucks. Cannot make an appointment, phone, internet. Nothing but redirect or tech difficulty, not even in person. Go to hell quest.
Absolutely horrible experience, as always. I tried this quest location this time, as all of the previous quest locations I’ve gone to have been terrible. This one was no different. I arrived at 12 for my 1:30 appointment, and was called back into a separate waiting room at 2, and had my blood drawn at 2:30. There were walk ins that were taken ahead of me, and there were people in the waiting room that had a 12:00 appointment, that were still waiting as I left at 2:30.
