They were supposed to fax the results to my oncologist the same day. 2 days later and nothing!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I will NOT evet go to Quest again!!
Quick and friendly service. I didn't have an appointment, so I checked in via the self-kiosk and only had to wait about 3 minutes.
It’s difficult to rate the full experience if you CAN NOT ever speak to someone. No matter what option you press on the automated system, it loops back to repeat the recording. They must be so busy that they don’t need anymore patients.
