Quest Diagnostics makes it next to impossible to speak to someone. They just push you from one automated phone system to the next and eventually disconnect the call.
Very nice people. Had to get a few sticks but they were gentle and kind.
The staff is prompt, professional, consistantly kind and sympathetic.I've been going to this lab for years and (knock on wood) I have never had an issue, and I have been repeatedly told that I am a very difficult stick when it comes to drawing blood. Everywhere else (hospitals, doctor's offices, etc.) have always ended up sticking me at least 3 or 4 times before getting a vein, but Quest has always successfully drawn from me on the first attempt.
