Clean and spacious office and courteous staff. Online appointment scheduling is easy and convenient.
I was able to do a walk in during lunch hour and got seen within 3 minutes of sitting down even though the kiosk gave me an estimated wait time of 40 minutes. It helped that when I walked in the lobby was empty. Probably coming in on a weekday helped. The lobby screen shows upcoming appointments and nobody was scheduled for another 30 minutes. Luck was a part of it.
My child usually gets 3 tries for them to withdraw blood. They did it in the 1st try.
The technician was friendly and did a great job.
