I was impressed with the staff, as always at this location. They are friendly, explain things well, and are VERY good at the actual blood draw. I'm surprised such a poorly managed company can attract such talent. The computer and phone systems for Quest are dismal. I checked in with the QR code on my order, they called my name, but then the nurse's computer couldn't find my order! The nurse told me I would need to call customer service. Worst staff ever. One of the staff memeber was good(Korean lady ) and had suggested to give frozen sample without waiting in line. I went there and asked them take it , I was sent back. I came again with appointment and the rude staffer instead of taking my sample on appointment time busy eating their lunch and kept me wating for an hour even with the appointment. While collecting the sample, she did not know how to use the system, I felt new staffer , not professional , lazy.

I don't know why a simple blood test takes them 8 days+ to process. Still hasn't come out yet.
