Awful! Sitting for 30 minutes with no information, then they told me: you gonna be in 1 hour, because people with appointment came and you could be next but no, you gonna be after everyone and we don't care BTW, their system is broken, and if you don't have a physical copy, go to another center. I wish they had 0.5 stars to grade "perfect" service
How is it possible for the internet to be down for four consecutive days? First, I scheduled an appointment, only to arrive and be turned away. Despite this frustrating situation, your staff displayed a shocking lack of essential interpersonal skills needed to manage it effectively. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment this morning and therefore I wasnt able to check in, so I found another appt about 25 miles away, got there early..... It is now 55 minutes after my appt and I'm still sitting here in a packed room with people coughing and I see on the TV screen that there are 3 people with appointments before me, and about 20 walk-ins on a separate list. During flu season, a room full of coughing people and me still waiting, unacceptable
I visited Quest on 2/20/25 to have blood drawn for an appointment I had on 3/4. The results never came in, so I emailed from the doctor's office. They arrived shortly after I left my doctor with another test order. I sat in the Quest lobby for 2 hours and finally asked a nurse who was picking up a pateint when I would get in and she said hours because I didn't make an appointment. This shouldn’t happen… not surprised as it was painful when I got poked and remained painful for the next two hours after.
