Wow, this location is BAD. I had an appointment, but I was not provided with any instructions prior to arriving at the facility except to bring my ID. It turns out I needed a urine test, and when I asked for a cup of water so that I could do the test, the testing agent refused and said that if I wanted water to drink then I had to leave the facility, go find a restaurant, ask them for a cup of water, and come back after drinking it. Literally the worst. I showed up on time but the front door under the giant Quest Diagnostics sign was locked. So I buzz the door and wait like 5 minutes for someone to finally come to the door and tell me I’m at the wrong door. When I go to check in I’m now late and have to wait 60 minutes for the next opening. “Sorry, if you’re late the system removes you from the calendar”
The technician was efficient. The location was convenient. I didn't wait long. I forgot to fast the day before, so I came back as a walk in the next day.
I booked an appointment via my quest account weeks ago. I arrived and the door says that the location is temporarily closed because of an emergency. Nobody informed me of this closure. I ran to quest on Castro Street, and they told me that Valencia Street quest has been closed since August (6 months ago!) but quest still lets people make appointments there. 🤯 Stay away!!
I had an appointment scheduled couple weeks in advance. I arrive to the location and see that they’re temporarily closed and didn’t bother to inform me.
