I don’t know what all of the bad reviews are about. This location is clean, check-in is easy, and I was seen for my appointment exactly on time. Blood makes me very anxious and I’m prone to fainting, but Jaime was so warm and competent that I felt relaxed the whole time. I would come back to this location just to have Jaime again as a phlebotomist.
I got in on a Thursday around 9:40 and was out around 30 minutes later as a walk-in There were only 2 people ahead of me, one of which was in the bathroom so I really only had to wait for one person. I was only there for a urine culture, so a very quick in and out Very grateful considering the reviews haha!
Horrible - tried calling on behalf of a patient and got sent straight to a VM box that was not set up. This is hurting patients' care processes!
Believe the reviews here when they say that the clinic closes and doesn’t let anyone know. I booked my blood test three weeks in advance and I showed up in the morning for my appointment and the door was locked. A nurse came by to open the door and said the clinic is closed. I didn’t receive any heads up from Quest regarding this. Total waste of time and now I will have to wait another three weeks for an appointment to open up because standby is never great at these clinics.
