Here's a nice review for Jaime at Quest: I've always had good experiences at Quest Diagnostics at Valencia St- clean, organized, great service, and efficient - each time I have been there over the last 2-3 years. The visit last week was excellent thanks to Jaime. I had a situation where my doctor's office sent over incorrect orders that would have resulted in unnecessary higher charges.
