My experience here was quite good! I was hesitant because of the other reviews, but my visit turned out to be very streamlined. I did a walk-in (no appointment). The technician very clearly stated up front that it might be a long wait, so I was pleasantly surprised when it was faster than I expected.
I don’t know why the reviews aren’t better—I made an appointment for 1:40 and was out of there by 1:45. The phlebotomist was super friendly and professional and I got my results in less than two days. If you make an appointment, it’s super quick and convenient.
You completely messed up one of my tests. You assured me you would fix the problem but when I returned, you refused to correct your own error and test is still not complete,
Made an appointment via Ulta Lab Tests. Was in and out in 15 mins. Great experience.
