Made an appointment via Ulta Lab Tests. Was in and out in 15 mins. Great experience.
Made appointment online, checked in on my phone. They were super professional, skilled, and efficient!
The staff was very welcoming and professional. The office and examination room seemed clean, and I didn't have to wait; they received me at my appointment without delay.
This review is for the staff member who was working on 3/17/25. She was the meanest person I have dealt with. I was late for my scheduled appointment by 11 mins, which is 1 minute later than the outside waiting time. She made me wait for 2 hours, yelled at me and would even hear me out. I had a 2-year-old toddler who was crying and waiting, and I had waited and didn’t even take me. She didn’t take any walk-ins and was free while waiting for appointments. Terribly slow to get results back, even relative to other quest places I've used in the Bay. Impossible to get a hold of by phone to ask about test results timing. Avoid at all costs if you have alternatives.
