I have extremely small veins so I can be a very difficult case but Peggy was incredible & so calming. At other locations, doctors have sent me to other places or attempt 4x to draw blood but Peggy got me her first try. I would highly, highly recommend.
The phlebotomist, Peggy, is a gem, and she drew ~10 viles of blood painlessly. Highly recommend!
Overall, a very good experience but could only give it 4 stars because it was a little challenging to get to it. I walked from the financial district not realizing how far away it was.
I love Peggy! She is so lovely, so welcoming and friendly! I told a coworker I was going to get a blood draw and she kind of screwed up her face like ugh that's a hassle, and I said, "No! I love going to Quest for my blood draws because the phlebotemist there is super nice and 100% pain free -- like, someone who's good at it can make it pain free but Peggy does it so well that you can't even feel the needle going in!"
Peggy is wonderful - so sweet and kind. I was in and out within 10 mins of my appointment time. Clean, efficient facility. It’s a requirement to have an appointment since they are spaced out every 10 mins. Make one online. Check in on the iPad or from your phone when you arrive - easy. Don’t be discouraged by the folks here leaving reviews who didn’t have an appointment and tried to just walk-in. I wouldn’t recommend.
