Two Star - Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer Experience** Update & Attachments Info Tues. 6/17/2025 2:25 pm After the original Google Maps posting, I received an email from Quest Diagnostics Re: Make an Appt. for Two (2) blood tests & urine tests ordered 6.10. 2025 PAID $147.15. Even more confused, as I had made an appt. online, & received a code to enter at the REGISTRATION KIOSK @ QD 941 Clay Street location. If you’re not Chinese, especially Chinese who speaks Cantonese and way too tall and strong, they will keep putting Cantonese into the line before you even though you have an appointment. Me and the other two non Cantonese people were speechless and the stuff there claimed she didn’t speak English????? Go to other places folks
I have extremely small veins so I can be a very difficult case but Peggy was incredible & so calming. At other locations, doctors have sent me to other places or attempt 4x to draw blood but Peggy got me her first try. I would highly, highly recommend.
The phlebotomist, Peggy, is a gem, and she drew ~10 viles of blood painlessly. Highly recommend!
Overall, a very good experience but could only give it 4 stars because it was a little challenging to get to it. I walked from the financial district not realizing how far away it was.
