Disgusting customer service. I missed a phone call and called back the same day. I went through the automated system for too long to finally speak to a receptionist who couldn't provide me any details as to why I was called to begin with. Their system is out of date, and zero concern about customer service.

Even at 11 am, they can’t keep their appointments. How are you so terrible at your job. And they ran out of draw needles and had to use a smaller gauge. Seriously, how does a lab facility that specializes in blood draws, run out of needles. Y’all suck

The technician is unskilled and inexperienced to draw blood from people. She poked me in my arms trying to find the vain and she kept swinging it to find it and I was in pain finally she decided to withdraw the needle and decide to withdraw from the top of my hand and she did withdraw my blood. Her name is Elizabeth.

bureaucratic nightmare. i tried to drop off a time sensitive lab sample and they said i need an appointment for that. the walk-in appointment was over 6 hours long. i trashed it and now have to go back again. you would think they would respect people's time and allow them to drop things off without an appointment.
