There is no one to welcome or assist in checking patients in, especially elderly patients who made up the majority of the clients I saw in the office during my own visit. Creates so much confusion, frustration, and overall makes patients feel unimportant. Also, I checked in via my phone and walked in when it prompted me to, and was told I was already called earlier? It is impossible to get any information over the phone at quest diagnostics. They always send you to a website for any information at all.
I went to the quest on fourth Avenue. They were punctual . I have difficult veins and my phlebotomist was able to get my blood. I am always very grateful when they can get my blood. They get a thumbs up for me.
