Waited an hour for a walk in appointment. At 340, the MA said that they weren't going to do the walk ins because they were waiting for appointments. No one but walk ins were in the lobby at that time. Instead of helping the people that were in there, she turned everyone away. Then she tried to change her story to say that they couldn't see us because they had to process everything so that they could leave by 4. Very obvious that she was luring so she could go home early.

My appointment was in and out in 10 minutes from arrival to departure. I made my appointment online a few days before. I clicked the link in the confirmation message on my arrival and no further check-in was required. The waiting room was full. But within about 5 minutes or so, my name was called. Lab samples were taken smoothly and my questions were answered by the tech. Thank you for the pleasant and efficient service. I’ll be returning when I need lab work again.

The waiting room chairs were all full except one. There were spread out to avoid transmission of contagions. Patients should be encouraged to wear masks in the waiting room. The window for online check-in should be expanded from 10 minute to 15 minute as occasionally a patient is called before their appointment time, if they are checked in.

Arrived 10 minutes early. Checked in through the QR code sent to my email on my phone. That was the only hiccup. It took several tries before the scanner was able to read my info. Once checked in, I was called to go inside 5 minutes earlier than my actual 08:20 appointment. :-)
