Rude, unaccommodating. Had an appt they wouldn't honor. Have to look elsewhere. Avoid them if you can!
Don't go in for a walk in appointment. I elected to wait in car then got a text that they would call me soon so I walk in. Waited 40min as I kept getting skipped until called. Had me sit in a chair another 8min. Got there at 6:30am and left at 8:06am
Schedule an appointment. If you miss your name when called on a walk in you won’t be happy. I’ve been waiting 2.5 hours on a walk in.
We spoke with a woman at the front desk who recommended we wait in the car for the 36 minute wait. We waited for 45 minutes in the car and then and additional half an hour in the facility before we asked at the desk and were told they had made an announcement forty minutes after we arrived – and while we were waiting in the car where they told us to wait – that they were not accepting walk ins even ones who were already checked in.
