Got there an hour and 15 before closing as a walk-in. Couldn't be fit in. Didn't seem all that busy. Not their fault. Moral to the story... make appointment.
Love the fact that you can just check in from your phone upon coming in. No hassel of physically presenting your insurance Information as well if you already have submitted when making an appointment. The wait time is not bad at all if you ofcourse made an appointment. Everytime I have been to the this location, I'm in an out within 25mins.
Carlos was AMAZING! 10/10 recommend. He talked to me and joked with me and made me comfortable enough to even watch him draw my blood! Also, no pain in the arm or bruising after! Which is wild because I usually bruise after. If I could just get drawn by 1 person every visit I’d choose him! Carlos, at the arena blvd location! You’re the best!
