The gentleman that took my blood was very friendly and made the whole experience very positive!
I tried to make an appointment, but none were available. I did a walk-in and waited THREE HOURS to be seen for a 3 minute draw of blood. Worst part of it that everyone who had appointment even if they came early were seen first, even if their appointment was 15 minutes later. Worst yet they took lunch for an hour and apologized to us for the wait, even though 8 of us waited for 3 HOURS. Even when I make an appointment, I am waiting for at least an hour sometimes. The technician was excellent, didn’t feel/notice her insert the needle one bit !!! She was great
Carlos is awesome! he is very nice and very good at his job. my children have difficult veins to reach but he gets them every time and he makes me and my big family that I have feel very welcome!
