The phlebotomist did vein puncture using vacutainer and start blood draw after filling second tube she thought it in biohazard can and removed the needle then she did the second puncture using butter fly and start filling tube after filling third tubes I got faint and there was no bed to lay down on it I did emcees. I asked her why remove the needle first time although the blood coming out and she said something which was not convenient for me.
The young Lady with light red hair was so professional, respectful, caring and polite that I just had to write this review on her behalf!! I didn’t even feel her extraction of my blood!! Best Phlebotomist that I have had at that location and hope to get her on my next go around of bloodwork! Thank you 🙏 Quest diagnosticfor hiring such a qualified individual that has brains and beauty, sorry I cannot remember her name but you can see who helped Don Pearson on Thursday 7-16-26 at 9:40am appointment! Thanks again!
I appreciated the convenience of being able to make an appt that was suited for me. The employees at the arena location are very friendly, attentive, caring and sympathetic. Making the appointment was easy. Got a text reminder of my appointment. Arrived at Quest got a text to check in. Easy peasy! Then walked in and sat until my name was called. Not a long wait time at all. It's very refreshing to have a business like this.
The staff was professional, friendly, and made my blood draw quick and painless.
