It's easy to make an appointment online or on the app, but the phone line doesn't work. Once you make an appointment, they send a text reminder 15 minutes before and you can click the link to check in, so it's very easy . The only problem is that there is no phone number to call and you cannot ask receptionist any questions since there is none.

I give them a failing grade i call them to ask questions AND only a machine responde
A generally disappointing experience each time I'm there. And they aren't very good with young children (pediatric blood draw). If you have little ones especially, go to the Highgrove Pl location in Rockford
