The lab hours are convenient and on site check in is efficient. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The lab tech I met with was professional and helped with multiple lab orders. My providers did not enter the labs in the Quest system, not a Quest problem. The lab tech worked with me while I made multiple calls to resolve the problem and completed the lab draws. I was there a bit longer than expected but the entire experience was positive and professional.I do recommend Quest Diagnostics for lab services.

The phlebotomist, Janet, was exceptional! She was kind, respectful, ensured all my questions were answered and I didn't even feel the poke!
This place is an absolute joke. Loses labwork, botches everything, and will still send a bill. Absolutely terrible. If you have the option to go somewhere else, do it.
