Maybe i don’t understand patient care responsibilities but i would assume you would need some sort of professionalism when working with patients. There’s no way i’m repeating my card number 4 times to someone that’s on the phone talking to them and talking to me at the same time. She didn’t even know how to work the system on the computer but on the phone? Where’s the training?

Had 230 appointment still haven't been seem at 305pm. Staff members laughing and joking in back..Counting down minutes until getting off.
