Had 230 appointment still haven't been seem at 305pm. Staff members laughing and joking in back..Counting down minutes until getting off.
Tiana was an angel. I was timid and scared. She was gentle and compassionate. I highly recommend this location for getting blood work.
This was my first time getting blood work here. When I arrived, the security at the front mentioned there was only 1 person working at the time, he assisted people well when they came in. I got called back very fast, and Katie drew my samples. She was very nice, and made it a smooth, fast process, she was amazing! I will definitely choose this location again.
