Having an early morning appointment to have the rest of your day to yourself is paramount to me. I drive to the facility get out of my vehicle, and walk into the doors of Quest Diagnostics but before then I see who I assume is a gentleman so I provided a warm greeting. Upon checking in at the kiosk I wait for a few minutes, and then this same gentleman who works for Allied Security states for me to go to room 3, so I do. Jay was in training, super professional and found my vein quick! My veins usually take long to find so I was happy for that lol. Lexi was training her and was great with her explanations.. both were very warm and welcoming!

Jennifer Long, at this location is the reason my experience was incredible. And I don’t say that lightly. Her patience and willingness to work through tech issues with one of my lab requests showed patient care and consideration that you rarely find nowadays. She made it so I didn’t have to come back, and her professionalism and diligence needs to be acknowledged, because that is so hard to find! Thank you, Jennifer! You made getting poked by needles and dealing with stressful tech issues, less awful!
